If your child(ren) was previously enrolled in our school division, or is changing schools within our division, please contact your current school to sign a Student Information Verification Form that will be available at the school. Please do not fill in the online registration.

*Please note, when you have submitted this form, your child(ren) are not officially registered. You will need to submit the appropriate documentation to your school. Please send a copy of your child's Birth Certificate, Health Card and any other required documentation to [email protected] upon completion of your online form.
